What we keep, why, and who sees it.
What we collect
When you place an order we ask for your name, phone number, wilaya, commune and delivery address, and an optional note. We also keep the contents of your order. We do not ask you to create an account and we never ask for card details.
Why we collect it
Only to confirm your order with you, deliver it, handle a return, and keep our sales records. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is kept
Order details are stored in our database, in a spreadsheet we use as a backup record of orders, and in a private message to the ADOUWA team when a new order arrives. Access is limited to the people who prepare and deliver orders. We share your name, phone number and address with the delivery company, because they cannot deliver without them.
On your device
This website saves the contents of your bag in your browser so they are still there when you come back. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, except where we need to keep a record of an order for accounting.
